Or dropped like the second "p" in droped. Sorry that your outlook is so dismal. I've seen love last. It's real and something to search for and attain to. True, some may never find it. But is it because they choose to be unlovable? Do they act in "real" love? Or, are they only concerned with what they can get and not what they can give? That's what they all say? Who are the "all"? Maybe sometimes it's best that the spud hits the floor. Better to burn just your hands and not your mouth too.
Outlook is only dismal when one is forced in that derection from another person. As far as love lasting sure it does but you hvae to work at, love is not one sided. Giving is a jesture of love and kindness, but when one receives and doesent give back it is a one sided relationship.
I would disagree that someone forces us in a certain direction. We are responsible for our own actions and responses. Some things are just not meant to be. True love does not give expecting to receive in return. It gives for the joy of giving. If you keep giving expecting a return and knowing that it will not be, then it is one sided by your own volition. Can't blame the other person or persons.
Even though this is a non-spiritual video, the romanctic intentions, as well as all things good are just a foreshadow of what we have with God. Not just now, but in eternity. Even if our grip should grow weak, His is ever strong and sure.
so true. Every day of this life, every activity, including sleep, a state in which we are completely vulnerable, brings with it the possibility of the unexpected. To dwell upon these things could lead to anxiety. I think this clip captures our human vulnerability and need to hang onto Hope, faith and Love. Hang onto God, baby. :)

i guess i was thinking this was more about never letting go of God...people are free to come and go as they please.
