But Dominick had passion
and a strong chin~ Aw... I think they sensed he was the odd one out to begin with. What did he make as his signature dish? Was that Banquet chicken and Rice-A-Roni? All the man needed was a little time and direction, for Pete's sakes. I blame Bobby. The timing was all off and he took the fall. Scallops are very tricky to begin with. And then, when they asked him how many he tossed, he increased the number to 30. An honest man is hard to come by in Hell's kitchen. I guess he was just too good to last.

PF Changs has the BEST lemon scallops in the entire world. The Kung Pau Scallops are great too.
